Debbie
Executive Director
Debbie is the Executive Director of LIFE CHOICES Rowan. She has a Bachelors degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Counseling. Debbie has worked with families in crisis throughout her career. Her past experience includes working on a Prevention Initiative for a Crisis Pregnancy Center, working for and serving on the board of the Child Welfare system, working for an adoption agency and serving as the Executive Director of a Maternity Home in Charlotte. She believes that all of these experiences have led her to this ministry. Debbie enjoys traveling, working in the yard, and photography. She is knowledgeable, and passionate about supporting the unborn and their families.
Rhonda
Client Services Director
Rhonda comes to us with 40 years of experience in serving children and families at a variety of churches, daycares, and conferences. She and her husband, Vic, both love to help families succeed through counseling, intentional fellowship, and meaningful words of affirmation. Rhonda is passionate that every child needs loving care, regular meals, and a safe place to live, in order to grow up healthy.
Rhonda enjoys playing keys at her church, painting murals, sewing clothes, and helping others discover their own creative potential. Any spare time is given to gardening, playing with grandkids, and spending time with her family.
She is absolutely delighted to be part of the vital, life-saving and life- changing ministry of LCR.
LIZ
Case Manager
Liz has served in different roles with LIFE CHOICES Rowan since 2005: board member, volunteer, client, and currently as the Client Services Director. Liz became a certified Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist and Relationship Educator in 2021 and is passionate about teaching and assisting new moms as they navigate parenthood. Liz became a first-time author in 2022. You may find Liz sharing her book and her testimony of grace and redemption around town!
CRYSTAL
Nurse Manager, Sonographer
Crystal has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years and has served as a Nurse Sonographer in pregnancy centers for 7 of those years. She joined the LIFE CHOICES Rowan team in 2020 and loves connecting expectant parents to their babies through ultrasound. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Kaylee
Community Engagement Director
Kaylee serves as the Community Engagement Director with a heart for people and a deep belief in the power of redemption, community, and building meaningful relationships. With a background in teaching at a Christian school, she developed a passion for mentorship, faith-based education, and walking alongside others through significant seasons of growth. Kaylee is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Religion, continuing to strengthen the theological foundation that shapes both her life and her leadership. Through her personal testimony, she has experienced the Lord’s faithfulness firsthand, and it was that journey that led Him to bring her back to Life Choices in this new season. As a mom of five, she brings empathy, resilience, and real-life perspective to her work. Outside of the office, Kaylee can usually be found cheering her kids on at games and activities, gathered around the table for board games, journaling or coloring with a good playlist on, or finding any excuse to be near the water—with an energy drink never too far away.
